About the Opera House Apartments
There is a total of 14 one-bedroom apartments in the Opera House building. Each apartment is unique and varies in size. The rental price is $950 and up, per month and includes both water and garbage utilities. Leases are for a minimum of twelve months.

Amenities
An on-site resident manager cares for the apartment and building needs. All rooms feature hardwood floors and central air-conditioning, and all are smoke-free. We have brand new an on-site laundromat. There is a beautiful, newly remodeled smoke-free shared porch with rocking chairs overlooking Woodland Boulevard– ideal for viewing parade routes and other special events.
In the Neighborhood
Stetson University is just four blocks away. Currently, the businesses on-site include, Boho Collective Co., Positano Pizzeria, Pumpernickel Pops and Loosen-Up-Deland. Sav-A-Lot grocery store is four blocks away with a Winn-Dixie about a mile away. Publix and Walmart are short drive away. While there is no parking on-site, there are abundant city parking areas. Additionally, there is also a public bus shelter conveniently located half a block away.
